From the first phone call to the follow-up booking, the customer service has been fantastic. The team member who did the cleaning, Cynthia, was prompt, professional, and hard-working. Even though her partner called in sick, she still diligently cleaned our home - twice the square footage she said she usually cleans solo. The final result was exactly as I hoped. I could not be happier; I've already re-booked.
